Rohit Chaudhari

Rohit Chaudhari began their work experience as a Project Intern at Ketki Dies & Tools Pvt Ltd in 2014. Rohit then became a Project Trainee/Intern at SKF Technologies India (P) Ltd in 2016, where they specialized in the design and analysis of HBU bearings using software such as Catia V5, Creo, ANSYS, and Hypermesh. Rohit also worked on sealing solutions and FEA of seals with hyperelasticity and viscoelastic properties.

Chaudhari then joined Cognizant in 2018 as a Programmer Analyst Trainee for a brief period. Later that year, they moved to VJ Coresoft Pvt. Ltd and held the position of Software Engineer (EST-CAE & Optimization). In this role, they gained expertise in FEA or CAE analysis, optimization techniques, sensitivity analysis, and various optimization algorithms. Rohit also used CAD and CAE software for optimization projects and was involved in testing and quality assurance of HEEDS Software using Agile methodology.

Currently, Chaudhari is working at Gamma Technologies as a Project Engineer (User Experience) starting from May 2022.

Rohit Chaudhari completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from D.Y. Patil Pratishthans D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Pune in 2015. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in CAD/CAM from Vellore Institute of Technology, from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Rohit obtained certifications in ANSYS Structural (Finite Element Analysis) and Hypermesh (Finite Element Modeling) from IFS Academy in January 2015.
