Vinay started their career as a Sr Officer-Accounts & Finance at Real Strips Limited in 2002 and then moved on to become a Manager-Accounts at Kapokh Fibers & Industries Limited in 2004. Vinay joined Essar Constructions (India) Limited in 2005 as a Manager-Project Finance, where they liaised with banks and financial institutions for funding projects. In 2009, they joined Lupin Limited as a Sr Manager-Business Finance, where they facilitated strategic activities and evaluated new business opportunities. Vinay worked in a strategic role as the Head of Finance-International Operations at Lupin Atlantis Holdings SA from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they became the General Manager-Procurement Finance at Lupin Limited, where they handled financial evaluation and analytical support for procurement decisions. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Gammon Infrastructure Projects Limited, a position they have held since February 2021, after previously being the Head of Finance and Accounting from 2016 to 2021.
