Alain Marchand

Alain Marchand has extensive experience in supply chain and planning roles, currently serving as a Consultant in S&OP at Ganacos since March 2024. Prior to this, Alain held the position of Plant Planning Business Process Specialist at Johnson & Johnson, where significant contributions were made to the EMEA plant planning community, including the implementation of the OMP Planning Tool for the Val de Reuil Plant. During a tenure at DeMaaaS, consulting and outsourcing services were provided to enhance planning processes. As Demand Manager for Southern Europe at SCA, Alain successfully reduced bias in demand forecasts and developed a statistical tool for European deployment. Experience at Georgia Pacific included various leadership roles focused on supply chain optimization and S&OP deployment. Earlier roles with A.T. Kearney Interactive and PEA Consulting involved auditing and diagnosing supply chain processes across multiple industries. Alain holds an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec.
