Joanne Reilly

Joanne (Francis) Reilly is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Board Member at G&L Healthcare Advisors since July 2016, Joanne has previously held roles such as Vice President of Human Resources and HR Lead Consultant. Joanne's consultancy work includes stints with Integra LifeSciences and Genpact Pharmalink. Prior roles include Directors of Human Resources at Genpact Pharmalink and Johnson & Johnson, and Manager of Compensation at American Express. Joanne began a career in compensation analysis with Pepsi Bottling Group. Joanne holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island, obtained between 1989 and 1993, and graduated from New Fairfield High School in 1989.
