Latoya Johnson

LaToya Johnson has over 15 years of experience in human resources and inclusion strategies, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Inclusion Strategy & Employer Brand at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK since July 2017, following roles that include Director of Global Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and Senior HR Business Partner among others. Prior to this, LaToya held the position of Director of Human Resources at Pathway Homes, Inc. and Comcast. Experience also includes senior HR roles at Paramount, and earlier positions at the D.C. Department of Employment Services and Target. LaToya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising & Business Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University.
