Manuel Torres

Manuel Torres has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Manuel started their career as a Scientist at Kimberly-Clark in 1999 and worked there until 2001. Following that, they held various roles at Kimberly-Clark, including Operations Consultant, Team Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and Account Executive.

In 2007, they joined Medtronic as a Senior Global Product Manager and worked there until 2008. Manuel then moved on to KCI, Inc. (Kinetic Concepts, Inc.), where they served as a Sr. Global Marketing Manager from 2008 to 2012.

From 2012 to 2016, Torres worked at ArjoHuntleigh, first as Director of Marketing and Product Development and later as a Regional Sales Director. Manuel then joined Human Care USA in 2016 as the Chief Executive Officer until 2018.

In 2018, Torres became the President and COO of GAP-FLEX Inc / Xeras Medical Technologies, where they played a key role in managing the company and promoting their innovative medical device called Gap-Flex.

Manuel'smost recent position is as a Multi-Unit Franchise Area developer and Owner at Avanti Holdings LLC, which encompasses Orangetheory Fitness, KidStrong, and The DRIPBaR.

Throughout their career, Torres has gained significant experience in various leadership, marketing, sales, and product management positions in the healthcare and medical device industries.

Manuel Torres obtained their EMBA in Management from Emory University - Goizueta Business School in 2006. From 1994 to 1998, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Marquette University, earning a BS in Industrial Engineering.
