Beth Messich

Beth Messich is the current Senior Director of Talent Management and Learning & Development at Gap. Beth has been with the company since August 2017 and in their current role since May 2020. Prior to their current role, Beth was the Head of Talent Management / Learning & Development at Gap Inc. from August 2016 to August 2017. Beth has also held the positions of Director, Learning and Development, New York Campus--Gap, Banana Republic, INTERMIX from October 2015 to August 2016, Sr. Manager, Global Learning from July 2013 to October 2015, and Director of Store Communications from November 2011 to November 2012. Beth's experience also extends to L.L.Bean where they were the Manager of Field Communication and Education from June 2009 to November 2011 and Banana Republic where they were the Project Manager, Store Operations from December 2005 to December 2007, Project Lead from December 2005 to December 2005, and Flagship Operations Manager from December 2002 to December 2005.

Beth Messich has a Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, a Certificate in Leadership and Organizational Development from NYU School of Professional Studies, a Masters in English and Gender Studies from University of East Anglia, and a B.A. in English with a Women's Studies Certificate from Dickinson College.
