Patrick Shane

Patrick Shane has extensive work experience in compliance and law. Patrick began their career in 2006 as an Ethics Counselor and Administrative Law Attorney for the U.S. Army Europe. In 2008, they joined Faegre Baker Daniels LLP as an Associate, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Patrick served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Wayzata Investment Partners. In 2017, they transitioned to Garda Capital Partners, where they held the role of Senior Director Compliance until early 2018. Patrick then took on the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Garda Capital Partners.

Patrick Shane earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Notre Dame, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 1996 to 1999.
