Caroline Mwangi

Caroline Mwangi is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as an Organizational Development Apprentice at Warande Advisory Centre since May 2024. Caroline holds a strong background in human resources, having worked as VP of People at both Sky.Garden and Lipa Later Group, overseeing HR operations across multiple African countries. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at PayGo Energy and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Mobius Motors, focusing on strategic HR planning, employee welfare, and performance management. As a Board Member at Garden of Hope Foundation since January 2021, Caroline also brings a commitment to social causes. Caroline has an extensive history with Médicos Sin Fronteras as an SGBV Counselor, providing essential support to victims of gender-based violence, and has various qualifications including a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University and The Institute of Commercial Management, respectively.
