Shafraz Ghouse

Shafraz Ghouse, Assoc. CIPD, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Performance & Compensation Manager at Gargash Group since August 2014. In this role, Shafraz partners with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies and leads HR initiatives in workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations. Previously, Shafraz held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist, providing strategic advice on human capital management to senior management. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Serev Holding PVT, where responsibilities focused on recruitment activities for various industries in Sri Lanka. Educational qualifications include a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management from CIPD and a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Human Resources Management from Northumbria University.
