Tom Diamond, P.E. has a solid background in product management and engineering. Tom worked at The Garland Company, Inc. from 2006 to present, starting as a Product Engineer and eventually becoming the Director of Product Management. In this role, Tom was responsible for developing and managing modified bitumen membranes and metal roof and wall systems for building enclosure design. Tom also collaborated with the research and development departments to develop new products and technologies. Additionally, Tom developed marketing strategies for both new and existing product lines. Prior to their time at The Garland Company, Inc., Tom worked as a Product Engineer at The Hoover Company from 2003 to 2006.

Tom Diamond, P.E. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Their primary field of study was Mechanical Engineering.
