Zachary Foley

Zachary Foley is an experienced project manager and leader with a strong background in construction and retail management. Currently serving as a project manager and technical assistant at The Garland Company, Inc. since September 2021, Zachary previously held managerial roles at The Hall Construction Group, where responsibilities included managing a team of 12 full-time employees and overseeing subcontractors. Prior experience includes management positions at Hippo Hardware & Trading Co., where Zachary redesigned a large retail space, and Ocean House Surf Shop, where a cafe was built and processes were enhanced for profitability. Additionally, Zachary demonstrated entrepreneurial skills by founding and directing a children's day camp, which attracted over 600 attendees in its inaugural summer. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned in 2017.
