Jeff Garcia

Jeff Garcia has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) spanning over 16 years. Since September 2007, Jeff Garcia has held multiple positions at Garland Power & Light, including AIPS Manager, GIS Manager, GIS Analyst, GIS Technician, and GIS Temp. Prior to this, Jeff Garcia worked as a GIS Technician at Range Resources between January 2007 and June 2007, focusing on GIS data creation for easements and land tracts. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Texas A&M International University and an Associate of Applied Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Brookhaven Community College.
