Tim Schwalm has extensive experience in the printing industry, currently serving as the Bindery Manager at Garlich Printing Company since July 2012, where oversight of all bindery operations is a key responsibility. Prior experience includes a role as Working Supervisor at Columbine Printing Company from August 2003 to July 2012, supervising bindery operations and managing the setup and operation of various binding equipment.
