Sergio Ortiz

Sergio Ortiz has over 26 years of experience in sales and customer service within the sealing technologies sector. Currently serving as End Users Sales Manager at Garlock Sealing Technologies since February 2004, Sergio oversees a team of five sales representatives, directly handles key accounts, and supports distributors in Central America, including Honduras, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic. Previously, as the Final Users Sales Manager for the Toluca region and State of Mexico, responsibilities included direct assistance to end-users, field evaluations of fluid sealing systems, and providing installation recommendations to enhance equipment performance. Earlier experience at Garlock Family of Companies from October 1997 to January 2004 involved customer service, telecommunication with clients, external sales support, and managing inventory and billing. Sergio Ortiz holds an education from UNAM.
