Nicole Banks

Nicole Banks has worked in the recruitment and human resources fields since 2007. Nicole began their career at CompuCom as an Asset Management Leader, where they were responsible for analyzing financial data, consulting with customers to resolve complaints, and evaluating customer records. Nicole then moved to Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company in 2016, where they served as an HR Specialist and Staffing Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for creating and sending offers for GE candidates, handling confidential background and drug screen information, and training new employees joining the staffing team. Nicole also designed a digital staffing environment using Microsoft Developer and the GE cloud provider. In 2019, they joined AccuStaff as a Recruiter, and in 2022 they became a Senior Recruiter at Garnet River.

Nicole Banks obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Capella University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Applied Science in Information Technology from Kaplan University in 2016. Nicole also obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University. Additionally, they were awarded the President's List for the June 2016 Term, March 2016 Term, and October 2015 Term from Kaplan University.
