Andrea Pugliese is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Jefe de cocina at Grupo Panot since June 2023, Andrea also contributes as a Content Creator for Pasta Garofalo. Previous positions include Jefe de partida at Mareantes, where the focus was on seafood cuisine, and Cocinero at several notable restaurants including Misshem, Da Maria alla Corricella, and The Porterhouse Group, specializing in organic, fish, and Spanish cuisine, respectively. Andrea began culinary training at Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla, earning a Professional Chef degree in 2022.
