Brooks Carr

Brooks Carr is currently serving as a Safety Officer at Garrett Regional Medical Center since February 2023. Previously, Brooks held multiple roles at Garrett Container Systems, Inc. from September 2021 to February 2023, including President of the Safety Committee, SWPPP Manager, and Purchasing Agent. Before that, Brooks worked at Deep Creek Marina as Parts Manager and Gas Dock Manager from May 2020 to September 2021. Additionally, Brooks worked as a Technology Education Teacher at Garrett County Public Schools from September 2019 to June 2020 and completed an internship as a Safety Manager at Garrett Container Systems, Inc. from July 2018 to January 2019. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Fairmont State University, earned in 2019.
