Kimberly Frey has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Kimberly currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Garrison, where they focus on long-term customer relationship management and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Prior to this, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Project Manager and an Information Security Engineer, Senior, where they provided project management and technical knowledge support to a Navy program office for a cross-domain technology product. Kimberly was responsible for analyzing customer needs, assessing capabilities, and recommending system customizations. Before that, they worked at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineering Associate Manager and a Staff Systems Engineer, where they managed various projects and coordinated technical integration of products. Kimberly also worked at Orincon as a Customer Service Rep, where they handled project planning and managed a team of software engineers. Finally, they started their career in the US Navy as an Ocean Systems Technician, where they served as the primary technical advisor for IUSS facilities and maintained expert knowledge in complex technical computer subsystems.
Kimberly Frey attended Colorado Technical University from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management.
