Miles Kafka

Miles Kafka is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Elephant Ventures, LLC since July 2015, Miles oversees a globally distributed team of 40 professionals specializing in full-stack web development and data engineering. Previous roles include Director of Planning & Delivery at Pearson, and Technology Director positions at HUGE, Razorfish, and IconNicholson, where responsibilities included managing technology strategies and development processes. Early career experiences include senior engineering roles at USWeb/CKS and Gray Peak Technologies, among others. Miles holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by a high school diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy.
