Meggan Rocha

Meggan Rocha has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Meggan most recently worked at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research as an Organisational Development Lead since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Commonwealth Bank as a Learning & Capability Business Partner from November 2021 to January 2023. Meggan also had a long tenure at Roche, where they held various roles including Leadership & Organisational Development Manager from December 2015 to August 2021, Learning & Development Partner from December 2010 to November 2015, Senior Learning & Development Manager from September 2007 to November 2010, and Learning & Development Manager from June 2005 to September 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at Achieve Global Australia (now Korn Ferry) from July 2002 to May 2005.

Meggan Rocha pursued their education starting in 1995 at the University of Sydney, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Italian between 1995 and 1997. Later, in 1998, they enrolled at UNSW, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma of Commerce specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour, which they completed in 1999.
