Yenting Iris Shen

Yenting Iris Shen has extensive experience in the hospitality and beverage industry, currently serving as a Wine Sales Associate at Gary's Wine & Marketplace since 2019, where wine knowledge is utilized to make personalized recommendations. Previously, Yenting held managerial roles, including Assistant Restaurant Manager at Hakkasan Group and Food and Beverage Bar Manager at Lotte New York Palace, overseeing operations and enhancing guest experiences. Yenting was also part of the opening team at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon New York, gaining insight into fine dining service standards.
