Mark Shelton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mark started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Innkeeper at The Stockade Bed & Breakfast, where they were responsible for taking reservations, checking guests in, and planning events. In 2007, they joined Gas and Supply as a Marketing Manager, where they focused on unifying the company's brand and developing marketing materials. Mark later became the Director of Continuous Improvement, teaching continuous improvement tools and coordinating problem-solving events. Then, in 2019, Mark became the Marketing Director at Gas and Supply, analyzing customer data, implementing CRM sales systems, and leading strategic marketing campaigns.
