P.eng. Owen Kwon

Owen Kwon, P.Eng., PMP, is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently working at Gas Liquids Engineering since December 2018, focusing on a CO2 recovery project. Prior to this role, Owen served as a process specialist at Tri Innovations Consulting, contributing to sulfur fertilizer projects and developing design packages for Shell Thiogro technology. Owen's career includes an engineering internship at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where work was conducted on a wellsite lab engineering enhancement project under a professional engineer's supervision. Furthermore, Owen has held process engineering positions at GS E&C, specializing in gas processing, and at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, with a focus on LNG carriers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Petroleum Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Kyungpook National University.
