Alex Dermody

Alex Dermody has a diverse work experience. They started their career at Vontobel Asset Management in 2018 as a Marketing Intern. In 2019, they joined Carat USA as an Assistant Media Planner and later transitioned into the role of Assistant Media Buyer. In 2021, they moved to Aki Technologies as a Sales Planner, and currently, they work at GSTV in the same role. Prior to their professional career, Alex also worked as a Writing Center Tutor and Research Assistant at Long Island University.

Alex Dermody earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Creative Writing from St. Lawrence University, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. They continued their education at Long Island University, obtaining a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from 2017 to 2019.
