Renia Chrysikopoulou

Renia Chrysikopoulou has served as the Head of Human Resources since November 2022.

She joined GasLog in October 2015, bringing 15 years of experience in Senior HR roles. During her tenure she has been holding Managerial roles in Talent and Rewards Management acting as a strategic partner and advisor to Senior Management on organizational redesign, talent development, competitive rewards, talent acquisition and employee engagement. Previously she has worked in leading HR roles for Multinational Organizations in Pharma, FMCG, such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Novo Nordisk , Sara LEE and Eurobank in Greece and Egypt.

She holds a BSc in French Language and Literature from Aristotle University and an MSc in Strategic HR Management from ALBA; furthermore, she has completed an executive diploma in Organizational Change in Warwick Business School.
