Michael Droege

Michael Droege has extensive work experience in the sales and business development field. Michael currently holds the position of Director of Sales - NA at Gast Manufacturing, Inc. In this role, they lead a diverse team of sales professionals and is responsible for driving the commercial strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and acquiring new customers. Prior to this role, they served as Sr. Sales Manager - North America and Business Development Manager at the same company. In these positions, they managed large customers, drove new business, negotiated prices, and networked through customer organizations.

Before joining Gast Manufacturing, Inc., Michael worked at Gardner Denver Thomas, Inc. for over a decade. Michael held various roles including Distribution Support Specialist and Product Specialist. Michael also served as Regional Business Manager and Miniature Product Specialist. Their responsibilities included providing support to distribution networks, product specification, and regional business management.

Throughout their work experience, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach in driving business growth and achieving organizational goals.

Michael Droege completed their high school education at Kohler High School from 1990 to 1994. In 1994, they enrolled at Lakeland University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, which they obtained in 1998. Additionally, in 2023, Michael obtained a certification in PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute.
