Mark Proudfoot

Mark Proudfoot is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing Windows graphical user interface applications, primarily for automated electron microscopy specimen preparation tools at Gatan Inc. since October 2004. Previously, Mark served as a Software Engineer and Consulting Software Engineer at the same company, focusing on similar development. Prior experience includes designing a web-based user interface for Marshel Security, which displayed real-time IP network attack information, and creating Windows system diagnostic applications for PC-Doctor, Inc. from October 1997 to January 2002. Mark earned an A.B. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1992 to 1997.
