Amanda Torok

Amanda Torok is currently the Senior Vice President of Culture at Gate City Bank, a position held since November 2014, where the focus is on fostering employee engagement and enhancing the workplace culture. Previous roles at Gate City Bank included Culture and Engagement Officer and Interactive Media and Events Specialist, emphasizing social media strategy, employee engagement, and creative initiatives. In addition, Amanda has served as a Dance Instructor at Red River Dance & Performing Company since 2007, specializing in teaching children the art of dance while promoting competitiveness and enjoyment. Other experience includes roles as Top Shelf Manager for Fargo Force and Office Manager/Special Events Manager at Scheels Arena, where responsibilities ranged from retail purchasing to event coordination. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Advertising with minors in Management Communication and Psychology from North Dakota State University.
