Charlene Rainey

Charlene Rainey has worked in the field of investor relations and communications for over a decade. Charlene began their career in 2011 as the Director of Charlene Rainey and Associates. In 2019, they became the Director of Investor Relations and Communications at Gate 5 Energy Partners, where they built teams of experts in scientific and regulatory backgrounds to accomplish cutting edge scientific discoveries. Charlene offered a turn key service from project design to implementation and reporting for a wide variety of food science and regulatory communications for the food industry. In 2022, they moved to Gate 5 as the Director of Investor Relations and Communications.

Charlene Rainey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Antioch University-Los Angeles. Additionally, they obtained a Cambridge Startup Funding: Pre-Seed to Exit Programme certification from the University of Cambridge in December 2021.
