Paul Mather

Paul Mather has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Paul is currently the Chief Operating Officer at both Ikiru People and Dillistone Group Plc since January 2020. Prior to these roles, they held positions at Voyager Software Ltd, including Operations Director, Customer Service Director, Support Manager, and 2nd Line Support from 1999 to 2003. In 2017, they became a Director at GatedTalent, a platform connecting executives to executive recruiters. Paul also served as a Director at ISV Software Ltd from 2014 and FCP Internet Ltd from 2013. Additionally, Paul had an undergraduate placement with the Police Scientific Development Branch from 1997 to 1998, where they co-authored papers and worked on various projects.

Paul Mather has a strong educational background in physics and mathematics. Paul attended Ivybridge Community College from 1987 to 1994, where they pursued A-levels in Pure Maths, Physics, Geography, and Psychology. Following this, they studied at the University of Surrey from 1995 to 1999, receiving a Bachelor of Science (honors) degree in Physics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Paul Mather has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they earned the EU GDPR Practitioner (EU GDPR-P) certification from IBITGQ, as well as the EU GDPR Foundation (EU GDPR F) certification. In 2014, they became a Certified NLP Master Practitioner through NLP Dynamics Ltd, and in 2013, they achieved the Certified NLP Practitioner certification from the same institution.
