Craig McGuire

Craig McGuire has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Craig has experience as a Financial Director at Gates Corporation since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Financial Director at SPX Flow Technology Australia Pty Ltd from 2011 to 2019, where they were responsible for finance, administration, financial reporting and control, FP&A, tax, treasury, AP, and AR. From 2007 to 2011, Craig was the Financial Controller at SPX Australia Pty Ltd, overseeing financial reporting, control, FP&A, tax, treasury, AP, and AR for the Automotive segment. Craig also served as the Group Accountant at Master Distributors from 2006 to 2007 and as the Financial Controller at The Austway group of companies from 2002 to 2006. Craig started their career at Dun & Bradstreet in 1999 as the National Finance Manager. Overall, they have a wealth of experience in financial management and has successfully led various financial functions throughout their career.

Craig McGuire obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from Flinders University in 1985. Craig then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Accounting at Monash University from 1993 to 1995. In 1995, they also obtained the certification of CPA from the Australian Society of CPAs.
