Todd Pollock

Todd Pollock has had a successful career in the food and beverage industry, holding various high-level positions. Todd started their most recent role as Executive VP, Food and Beverage & VP Alberta Gaming Operations at Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited in September 2018. Prior to that, they served as VP of Operations at Shark Club - Sports | Bar | Grill, Rockford Grill, and Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar from August 2014 to July 2018. Before that, they were the VP at Caffe Artigiano from 2008 to 2014. Their career began at Earls Restaurants, where they held the position of Director of Operations from October 2000 to August 2008.

Todd Pollock completed their education from 1993 to 1997 at the University of Alberta, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics.
