Dr. Joe M. Bankhead

Dr. Joe M. Bankhead is an experienced counselor currently serving as a Peer Specialist Counselor at Gateway Community Services LLC since September 2019, focusing on empowering individuals to achieve their goals and fostering supportive group environments. Previous experience includes work as a counselor through Psychology Today from November 2018 to September 2019, as well as counseling services from May 2018 to September 2019. Dr. Bankhead's educational background includes pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy at Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Additionally, prior to their counseling career, Dr. Bankhead worked as a Material Handler at Emerson Electric Company from May 1986 to March 1995 and was self-employed in the same capacity during that time.
