Stephanie Lin

Stephanie Lin currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Gateway Development Commission. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the same position at Greenland USA, where Stephanie provided legal support for the Pacific Park Brooklyn Project. With previous experience as an Associate at Guzov Ofsink, LLC, Stephanie has a strong background in corporate law, specializing in equity and debt financing, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Stephanie holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Shanghai International Studies University.
