Bharat is working as the Senior Vice President- Global Financial Management and Corporate Affairs with Gateway Group. He has over 15+ years of industry as well as functional experience, expertise and successful track record in incubating and managing Corporate Accounts and Finance function.

He is an experienced and adept professional handling major Global functions like Corporate Advisory, Risk Management, Internal and Management Audit, International Accounting, Treasury Operations and Surplus Management, International Taxation, Overseas investments, Transfer pricing, Setting up operational and Process control functions, etc.

In addition to above, he is also a part of the Management Core Team for strategic planning and control as well as working on new initiatives and organic as well as inorganic growth. His major role consists of preparation of Annual business plans, cash flow projections, forecasts and long term plans, Budgeting and analysis, Secretarial and statutory compliance, Accounts and MIS, Planning and Budgeting including budgetary controls and Management and Financial Reporting.
