Shruti Jha

Shruti Jha has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shruti started their career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Cliantha Research Limited in July 2019 and held the position until July 2020. Shruti then worked as an HR professional at Zydus Group from August 2021 to September 2021. Following that, they joined Crest Data Systems in December 2021 as a Human Resources Executive and served until June 2023. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Executive at Gateway Group of Companies starting from July 2023.

Shruti Jha began their education in 2016 at LJ Institute of Applied Science, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Shruti completed this program in 2019. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended LJ Institute of Management from 2020 to 2022. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
