Benicia L. is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with substantial experience in providing support to students and conducting functional behavior assessments at Kyo since June 2022. Prior to this role, Benicia worked at Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. as a Behavioral Therapist/Associate Supervisor, where responsibilities included training RBTs and parents, developing behavior plans, and evaluating treatment effectiveness. Benicia's career began as a Behavioral Therapist at Children's Learning Connection, followed by various internships and positions at Pepperdine University and other organizations, which developed skills in human resources, public relations, and customer service. Benicia holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing & Communications from Pepperdine University.
