Amy Gibson

Amy G. has extensive experience in education and retail management. Currently serving as Assistant Director and Development and Compliance Administrator at Gateway Preparatory Academy since July 2017, Amy G. also fulfills the role of CTE Teacher. Prior experience includes working as a Preschool Teacher at Gingerbread House Child Care from August 2013 to December 2015, and various positions at American Eagle Outfitters between 1998 and 2011, including Store Manager and Loss Prevention Auditor. Amy G. holds a Master of Public Administration in Higher Education Administration from Southern Utah University, obtained in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science with a focus on Apparel Merchandising and Design from Illinois State University, completed in 2003. Amy G. graduated from Schaumburg High School in 1998.
