Tim Franks

Tim Franks has extensive experience in property management and maintenance, currently serving as the Director of Maintenance at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC since November 2017 and as Property Manager for the YMCA of Greater St. Louis since April 2014. Previous experience includes a role at Danville House Apts. under Hallkeen Management from August 1996 to April 2011. Tim Franks completed education at Dan River High from 1982 to 1985.
