Desmond Cartier

Desmond Cartier has a significant amount of experience in finance and administration roles. Desmond most recently worked at Gateway Services Inc., starting as the Vice President of Finance in June 2019 and then moving up to the position of Senior Vice President of Finance starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they had a role at Riverdale Poultry as the Vice President from January 2017 to May 2019, and before that, as the Director of Special Projects from May 2016 to December 2016. Desmond also served as the Director of Finance at Earl Horst Systems from May 2014 to April 2016 and as the VP of Finance at Organic Meadow Inc. from November 2010 to April 2014. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Finance Manager at Biogen Idec from August 2006 to November 2010 and the position of Retail Finance Leader at New Zealand Post from September 2001 to March 2006. Throughout their career, Desmond has demonstrated expertise in financial management, reporting, and system implementation.
