Holly Armitage

Holly Armitage has a diverse work experience in the surveying industry. Holly currently holds the role of Client Relationship Director at Gateway Surveyors, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Legal & General Surveying Services for several years, holding multiple roles. From February 2020 to December 2021, they were the Digital Processing Team Manager, responsible for managing the team and conducting desktop assessments for major UK lenders. Holly also worked as a Senior Property Risk Controller from April 2017 to February 2020, where they conducted risk assessments on properties valued through Automated Valuation Model technology. Additionally, they started their career as a Technical Assistant from May 2015 to April 2017, providing support to valuers and analyzing valuations for residential properties. Before their time at Legal & General, they worked at Lambert Smith Hampton as an Assistant Surveyor, specializing in business rates negotiation, client management, property inspection, and database management from July 2013 to October 2014.

Holly Armitage completed their education at Sheffield Hallam University from 2011 to 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in BSc (Hons) Real Estate (RICS Accredited). Holly also pursued further education and obtained AssocRICS and RICS Registered Valuer qualifications, concluding in 2020.
