Mindy Huckins

Mindy Huckins is a seasoned professional in the field of family and elder services with extensive experience at Gateways Community Services, where Mindy has held multiple leadership roles since 2005, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Elder and Participant Directed and Managed Services. Responsibilities include operational and fiscal oversight of various elder service programs and participant-directed models. Previous roles at Gateways involved supervision of family support services and clinical oversight of programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and chronic illnesses. Mindy began a career in social services at Easter Seals, providing case management for youth with neurobehavioral support needs, and earlier coordinated programs for at-risk girls at Girls Incorporated. Mindy holds a degree in Human Development with a minor in Social Work from Rivier University and a certification in Quality Family Strengthening Standards.
