Eoin McDonnell

Eoin McDonnell is an experienced operations manager currently working at Gather & Gather since August 2020. Previously, Eoin served as catering manager at With Taste (RDS Hospitality) from May 2005 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing food service solutions for various prestigious events such as state receptions, gala dinners, corporate receptions, and weddings. Eoin completed education at Gormanston College from 1992 to 1997.
