Wioletta Wojtyla

Wioletta Wojtyla is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Head of Operations at Gather & Gather since February 2019. Prior to this role, Wioletta spent several years at BaxterStorey as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing a £5 million operation and overseeing the implementation of reporting procedures. Wioletta's previous positions include Senior Operations Manager at THE GOOD EATING COMPANY and Operations Manager at Benugo Ltd, where success included leading a £8 million segment and developing a training program for the Benugo Learning Centre. Wioletta’s career also includes experience as General Manager at Organic Deli Co, managing multi-site operations and financial performance. Wioletta holds a Master of Economics in International Relations and Foreign Trade from the University of Gdansk.
