Bailey Ross

Bailey Ross currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development and previously held the title of People and Engagement Manager at Gather Vacations since September 2022. Prior to this role, Bailey Ross worked at Valet Living as a District Manager from 2015 to September 2022 and served as the Regional Director for the Council for Educational Travel, USA (CETUSA) from 2021 to August 2022. Earlier career experience includes owning and operating RCI Contracting from January 2010 to May 2018 and working as a Recruiter/Database Manager/Receptionist at Fieldwork from November 2007 to July 2011. Education was completed at North Seattle College.
