Peter Knast

Peter Knast currently serves as the VP of Sales for the Americas at Gathr, focusing on the sales team across North, Central, and South America since August 2024. In addition, Peter is an advisor for Breakthru, which specializes in energizing teams through brief physical breaks, and for Jeda Ai, known for its all-in-one AI Workspace Canvas. Peter held the position of Senior Director at Impetus from January 2023 to June 2024, contributing to the company's mission of empowering data-driven enterprises. Previously, Peter was the VP of Customer Success and Sales at Einblick, an innovative data science platform acquired by Databricks, and held various roles at RStudio PBC, culminating as RStudio Cloud Growth Director, focusing on strategic growth and sales efforts. Early career experience includes sales roles at TIBCO, where Peter was a Jaspersoft and Spotfire Senior Account Executive, and entrepreneurship as the Co-founder and EVP of Sales at 1Yell. Peter began a career in legal recruitment with Supreme Staffing Solutions and holds a BBA in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, along with education from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School.
