Frederick Dougherty

Frederick Dougherty is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Vice President for Property Management at Gattuso Development Partners since August 2020, Frederick oversees the firm’s property management and building operations. In addition, Frederick is the President of Medway Property Advisors, LLC, where real estate consulting and project management services are provided with a focus on advanced technology and energy management. Frederick's previous roles include Vice President of Real Estate Portfolio Technology at Liberty Property Trust, where project management for significant developments such as the Comcast Technology Center was undertaken, and Vice President, Regional Manager at Leggat McCall Properties, where an $18 million redevelopment plan was managed. Frederick began a career in commercial real estate as a Commercial Real Estate Associate Broker at Helmsley-Greenfield, Inc., facilitating numerous lease transactions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
