Neil H.

Neil H. has extensive work experience in the aviation industry, primarily at Gatwick Airport. Neil began their career in 1999 as a Senior Consultant at The Renault-Nissan Institute. In 2006, they joined London Gatwick Airport as a Change Leader and held this position until 2009 when they became the Head of Solutions at Gatwick Airport. From 2011 to 2015, Neil was the Airfield Improvement Manager at Gatwick Airport. Neil then moved on to become the Head of Terminal Performance at London Gatwick Airport from 2015 to 2020. Most recently, they have been working as the Head Of Stable Operations at Gatwick Airport from 2020 to the present.

Neil H. attended Beacon community college from 1986 to 1993, where they obtained their GCSEs. Neil then went on to Aston University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business.
