Jonathan York

Jonathan York serves as Professor Emeritus of entrepreneurship at Cal Poly State University, where significant contributions include launching multiple programs such as the Cal Poly Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. In addition to academic roles, Jonathan holds positions as a board member and strategy advisor for Gauge, and as a partner at York+Wallace, focusing on customer development, fundraising, and CEO coaching. Jonathan has also served as a consultant for nonprofit SLO Partners and various startups, including boosting Boost Acquisition's growth to over $3 million in annual sales. With experience as a visiting professor at institutions like Eastern International University and ISEN, Jonathan holds a BA in psychology and film from Yale University and a Ph.D. in psychology from Michigan State University.
